The episode has gained thousands of views since it dropped, and snippets of his exit scene have flooded social media. However, against the trends, the celebrated actor took to social media to bid farewell to Uzalo and its viewers with a heartfelt post.

Taking to Facebook, Wiseman Mncube posted, “RIP Qhawe. It’s been a long, beautiful journey. Ngyabonga kakhulu for the love and support you gave Sbonelo Babongile Mhlongo. I will never forget this journey, which changed my life.”

“Good luck to the remaining soldiers…continue with the baton maQhawe. One love, one Blood forever, UZAAAAAAAAALO!!!! NGYABONGA,” reads the other part of his post.

Fans flooded his comments section with praise. Wiseman Mncube’s ‘Uzalo’ farewell post has gained over 3000 comments and 487 shares since it dropped.
