Nompilo, 26, has been battling Cystic Fibrosis her entire life and took to Twitter yesterday to inform her followers that she is ready to die. She claims she is happy because she lived her life to the fullest and urged others to prioritize themselves and live each day as if it were their last. “My health is deteriorating, and I don’t want you to feel sorry for me as a result of how I’ve lived. I am aware of the fact that my time is limited. I’ve identified my purpose and believe that I’ve fulfilled it. When I pray, I ask God to completely heal me or to take me.” As she stated. “This is truly tragic. I’m at a loss for words at the moment. You are an incredible human being.
