Television host Moshe Ndiki, has come out guns blazing to set the records straight on their troubled relationship problems with Phelo Bala. This follows after Sunday Sun reported that things were toxic lately between the high-profile couple, that they even headed to the courtroom.

According to the Sunday tabloid, Phelo was assaulted by Moshe, and he had to obtain an interim court order.

In his court papers, Moshe claimed that over the past few months the relationship had become abusive with Phelo assaulting him on several occasions. He claimed that Phelo had a drinking problem, and always starts fights after he booze too much.

In a statement released by Moshe yesterday, he denied the allegations that he had assualted Phelo, and said he is ready to follow the legal route to prove that.

Moshe slammed the angle the paper took to write the article with the allegations, and said the allegations are there to humiliate him, and are in extension of the abuse he has endured.

Moshe said there was a public violation of their private mediation on this matter, hence he chose not to expose their private differences.

In his statement which has since been removed, Moshe had used “My Phelo” which seemingly stated that they are still together, but Phelo was quick to correct him.

When Moshe was contacted by the publication he said they are fine with Phelo, but Phelo said that was the first lie, and said the second lie was calling him “My Phelo” in the statement which he has since deleted.

Phelo slammed him for “lying”, and said the truth shall come out.
