Khanyi Mbau Drops Helpful Tips In The Art Of Skin Lightening

Khanyi is an inspiration to many who have and those who still wish to bleach their skin. This is mainly because she has never been secretive about her skin bleaching journey. In fact, she is proud to put it out there because she is of the opinion that if you do not like how you look, then you should do something about it!

In a recent episode of her ‘The Art Of Skin Lightening’ guide, she happily dropped helpful tips on the ‘how to’ process of bleaching your skin to perfection and without causing major skin problems.

Khanyi said that skin bleachers should ensure that they use different skin products for different seasons of the year. Now that the summer season is here, winter products should be locked away.

“We are now entering the thick of summer, it’s time to switch up our products. Remember I did say in the previous episode that seasons are not the same. You need to stop with the brand or product you used over winter before you start breaking out,” she explained.

According to her observations, pink or red hands are an indication that you are burning. She said: “Once your skin starts turning pink or red, stop immediately! That’s a red flag you have gone too far and this applies to the body as well.”

An important tip that she gave was centred around the ‘how to’ of getting your whole body evenly bleached, this includes the hands as they tend to look like burnt bananas. “Over a personal study, and remember I am not a doctor but an avid skin lightening fanatic – my experience and observations has proven that your lifestyle is the first point. If you do, every time you touch your steering wheel in the day, you are placing your hands into an oven, and all the active lotion will start to cook,” she added.

As a recommendation, you can apply your face cream onto your fingers twice before bed. “Then when you wake up wash it off immediately before you get onto them with baby shampoo if you can, and moisturize it with aquas cream,” she said.

Well, there folks. You have it. Keep out of the sun and make sure you clear out your winter stock to make room for summer products.
