Khaya Mthethwa is a gospel singer and a radio presenter, he said he is tired of living a lie. He spoke about the hardships of living that life. On a YouTube channel with Mpoomy Ledwaba, he said he is currently fighting demons which make his life untruthful.

He said it is so hard because he wants to be a better role model and father to his son. He stated that he had a dream few years ago where he saw something telling him that he was portraying someone he is not. He said that was a sign for him,

 

 

 

 

 

And he thought that if people saw the life that he was privately living and the one he was portraying it wouldn’t be good. He said that the person who lives an untruthful life is the one who lives a different life when he is private.

He praises that the spirit of God guides to a better life and in a right place. He also spoke about the heartbreak he endured after his divorce with Miss South African 2016, Ntandoyenkosi Kunene in 2019 after they had their son.

Khaya said it was the most hurtful situation he has ever been into and he said he doesn’t ever want to feel like that again. He said that time was during the COVID-19 Lockdown and he got into depression. He said his father called and helped him,

Get better because he was living off antidepressants and he was all over the headlines. He said it was better because he didn’t have to go to church because he wasn’t going to be able to handle that by that time and said how he is born again and he still believes in marriage,

Even though he now doesn’t believe that you should marry the person you’re in love with but the person who is ready to settle.
