A few days ago, the South African entertainment industry lost someone who had great influence in the music industry, even though they might have still been fairly new but they were still able to make their mark in the industry and release music that many people will remember him by and still dance to. DJ Somebody’s death left many people broken, and it was also because of the kind of individual that he was. Those who were close to him and knew him personally described him as someone who was very humble and kind, always ready to help others.

 

 

 

His death was due to being shot. He and his bodyguards were on their way to a gig when they were suddenly shot at, and unfortunately the DJ and one of his guards died on the scene, and one of them was taken to the hospital under severe conditions. The police have said that they will investigate the murders, but still to this day, not much has been said about the people who might have been responsible for murdering the DJ and his bodyguard.

It also highlighted the fact that the crime rate in South Africa is very high and that criminals are not afraid of committing crimes knowing that it will be hard for them to be found and punished for their crimes, while the perpetrators of the crime are still being looked for. One of the body guards that was reported to have been taken to the hospital has sadly lost their life as well after 2 weeks of being in the hospital.
