In the image that was shared by Khanyi Mbau, many of her fans commented and congratulated her on her ‘pregnancy’, however, the controversial celebrity quickly shut down these rumours and stated that she wasn’t pregnant or planning to fall pregnant any time soon.

Many people still believe that this might be false and that she might be hiding her pregnancy for various reasons.

Khanyi Mbau already has 1 child from a previous relationship, while it is unknown whether Kudzai has any children or not.
