This 31 year-old Mamelodi (Pretoria) born star recently shared some two mixed pictures of herself on Instagram. The first one which is labelled ‘BEFORE’ is where by she still has her wart on her face_ close to the nose, then the other one labelled ‘AFTER’ she no longer has it. Well, she has removed it, and she was thanking her doctor for helping her out to cut it off. She wrote a long paragraph praising him for being such a huge help.

The caption of the post reads: “A few weeks ago @dr.sifisonkosi_aesthetic removed a big part of me for health and aesthetic purposes. It was a leaser procedure that took less than 30 minutes, pain free and has made me feel lighter. I can never thank you enough Doc. 🙏🏾 ❤ Mara laitsi gore chipi ke chipi mos?!” Last sentence translated thus: (but you know that beaut is beaut right?!)

Almost everyone was surprised by what Leeto has just done, even the Skeem saam actress Innocent Sadiki (Sthoko) left her a comment reads: “never even noticed it 😯 Had to go back to your pics. You look beautiful either way to me. Ke bona chipi fela nna”.

Some of the comments were like:

“Bathong! Your doc is the best indeed sisi”

“That’s nice, but you were beautiful even before”

“You were so unique with it, I loved it”
