Thandeka Zulu is one of the well-known South African actresses who is specifically from KwaZulu-Natal.

While others knows her as Nombuso, however, in real life she is known as Thandeka Zulu. Those are her real names.

She is the one who played the character of Nombuso, but there were rumours that she had a bad attitude.

By that, the SABC1 local drama series Uzalo decided to part ways with the actress – according to reports.

DJ tira and his wife looking Amazing together

DJ Tira (actual name Mthokozisi Khathi) is a South African DJ, entrepreneur and producer/kwaito artist known for launching the careers of artists which includes DJ Fisherman, DJ C’ndo and Big Nuz via his song label Afrotainment.

 

Originally from Hlabisa, he moved to Durban in 1995 to examine Human Resources on the University of Natal. While reading he advanced an interest in DJ’ing, bought his first vinyl in 1996 and shortly performed at varsity events, weddings, private events and famous nightclubs.

DJ Tira changed into also part of the crew that shaped M1 Entertainment, an entertainment agency that hosted distinctive events in Durban.

After obtaining his Human Resources degree he attempted Public Relations, but later targeted his energies on pursuing tune and event management.

He launched the Real Makoya compilation with the late DJ Khabzela and in 2005 formed the organization Tzozo & Professor, with Kalawa Jazzmee Records.

He is the sole proprietor of Afrotainment Project Management that releases song by using artists together with DJ C’ndo, Big Nuz and AfroSoul.

DJ Tira become one of the guest artists (with In-Cha, Jae and Big Nuz) on the 1/3 live outcomes display of the reality opposition collection SA’s Got Talent, in its first season in 2009 on SABC2.

On 21 January, 2011 he become the guest DJ on an episode of Channel O Celebrity Bassment, which utilised the channel’s “visible mixing” generation in which the DJ mixes tune films returned to back.

RIP| Former Skeemsaam’s actress has lost a loved one

It is a difficult time for the family of former Skeemsaam’s actress as they have lost one of their own who played a huge part in bringing peace in Mzansi.

Natasha Thahane is a South African media personality known for being an actress. She is popular known for having played a character on Skeemsaam whereby she appeared as a university student called Enhle and was in a relationship with one of the lecturers being Sakhile. She is again known for being the grand daughter of Archbishop Desmond Tutu as her father is said to be his son. Natasha has unfortunately lost her mentioned grand father being Archbishop Desmond Tutu today.


 

 

 

 

Archbishop Desmond Tutu who is her father’s father passed away today in Cape Town at the age of 90. He was one of those who contributed and fought for today’s generation to be free after many suffered due to the apartheid system which was the previous system used in South Africa.

Natasha has not yet opened up about the passing of her grand father on social media. However, South Africa’s president being Cyril Ramaphosa together with others have sent their condolences to the family.

President Cyril Ramaphosa speaking about Desmond Tutu’s passing and the type of man that he was said, “The passing of Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu is another chapter of bereavement in our nation’s farewell to a generation of outstanding South Africans who have bequeathed us a liberated South Africa”.

“Desmond Tutu was a patriot without equal.A leader of principle and pragmatism who gave meaning to the biblical insight that faith without works is dead”, President Cyril Ramaphosa added.

It is so sad that the country has lost yet another person who has done a lot for Mzansi to be where it is today in terms of peace and freedom. However, Desmond Tutu has played his part and done more than enough. What is now left is for the current and future generations to continue walking in his and the footsteps of others in making sure that at all times there is peace and freedom in the country.

Thuso Mbedu caused a stir on social media looking sleek in a recent post

Thuso Nokwanda Mbedu (born 8 July 1991) is a South African entertainer. She was designated for an International Emmy for her job in the telenovela Is’Thunzi. She showed up on the 2018 Forbes Africa 30 under 30 list.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In 2021, she featured in the Amazon Video limited series The Underground Railroad.

Mbedu was brought into the world at Midlands Medical Center in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal to a Zulu mother and a Xhosa and Lesotho father, which is reflected in her multicultural name.

She was brought up in the Pelham region by her Zulu grandma, who became her legal guardian after the death of both her folks at an early age.

Mbedu went to Pelham Primary School and then Pietermaritzburg Girls’ High School. She proceeded to concentrate on Physical Theater and Performing Arts Management at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), graduating in 2013 with distinction.

The year earlier in 2012, she took a course the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York City, US.

In late 2014, Mbedu played a little part in the second period of the Mzansi Magic soapie Isibaya, prior to handling her job as news coverage understudy and wild youngster Kitso on Scandal!. She then, at that point, had a visitor job as Kheti on the second period of the SABC 2 teen dramatization series Snake Park.

In April 2021, it was reported Mbedu would make her film debut opposite Viola Davis in The Woman King, an authentic epic film propelled by the genuine occasions that occurred in The Kingdom of Dahomey, perhaps the most remarkable territories of Africa in the eighteenth and nineteenth century.
