Ex Bafana Bafana Star Recovering Well After Being Shot Twice In Alex
A former Bafana player, son of the soil Alfred Maimane “MAP” Phiri, the founder of MAP GAMES is recovering so well in one of the private hospitals after he was shot twice by a man in a tavern brawl

Phiri was shot last week along with his friends when they were trying to stop a fight between lovers in Phiri’s tarven at 4th Avenue, Alexandra. The fight had apparently escalated to such an extent where they couldn’t just stand by because it was clear that the man had ill intensions and knowing him personally they thought that perhaps they could calm him down, not knowing that day he really had sinister motives for his public outburst – unfortunately the circumstances which led to the fight have not been revealed.

The whole incident is believed to have happened very quickly and they also reacted very quickly in hopes that they can save the couple from basically killing one another, unfortunately it seems like the man was really enraged to such an extent where he picked up the gun and shot the woman and then he proceeded to shoot his friend who tried to intervene.

A suspect turned a gun on himself, however the emergency services quickly rushed to the scene and they discovered that he was still alive and they quickly stabilized him before they rushed him to the hospital where he unfortunately died before he could answer for his crimes.

His other friend lost his life due to the shooting The whole thing had completely shut the community in my mouth because they had to watch the legends of the attack while they were trying to rescue a woman from the abuse of the boyfriend.

Alex is a place that is prone to a lot of violence you cannot go by for a week or month without hearing about incidences that have happened coming out of that area, it seems like it is populated by many criminals who are dangerous so this is not surprising that such violence is coming out that side.
