Simz Ngema posts about love

Simz Ngema shared on her Instagram stories some cryptic posts about love. She shared an image of herself and with the caption ‘this time, let me lead- God’

She also shared another quote and said “Trust love one more time”. And then she shared a third picture of herself with the caption “Go where love is”

So could this mean that Simz Ngema has found love again?! These posts about trusting love and going where love is shows that Simz is thinking about loving again.

Simz Ngema was spotted with her old ring on her finger during a performance. But she definitely does deserve love again. From losing her husband and then spliting from her baby daddy Tino Chinyani. Simz Ngema deserves to be happy again.

Phumlani threatens to kill Sibongile

Friday’s episode of Gomora was a return to old ways. Gladys has taken Melusi back, again. Gladys really knows the meaning of “till death us part”. This woman has forgiven Melusi so many times.

Why Gladys? Why? Why can’t you find a man who will not constantly treat you like second choice? You are beautiful, career oriented and strong. How do you as a social worker convince your patients to leave abusive relationships when you can’t leave your own?

Once Phumlani is removed Thati will be single again and he will go back to her. He was already planning to be Thati’s “support” before Jackie told him to stop, reminding him that Thati has a husband who should be her support. To say Gladys disappoints me is an understatement.

In more interesting news Phumlani’s hit on Stompie failed and now he has to look for other ways to silence him. He has chosen Sibongile, knowing how much Stompie cares for her. Phumlani threatened to harm her should Stompie continue to involve himself in his business. Stompie had warned Phumlani to come clean to Mam Sonto or he was going to do it for him, but it appears he might have gotten the message.

On a side note, I’m very surprised by the amount of people who are okay with Stompie’s relationship with Sibongile. I’m not sure how old Stompie is supposed to be on the show but he looks at least 30. Sibongile on the other hand is a 16 year old high school girl. Why are people not making noise about this? Where are the gender based activists?

Nina Simone once said that an artist’s duty is to reflect the times so I guess I understand why they have this relationship on the show. I still expected more uproar from viewers though.

Zodwa having been reassured still does not trust Bongani. That’s understandable because Zoliswa is a teacher while she is uneducated. I just hope she won’t lose her mind or Bongani because of her insecurities.

Let’s meet after Monday’s episode.

Later on, she moved to Rhythm City, where she worked as a director. While she was cast on My Perfect Family, the actress also had a directing job there. Brenda has worked behind the scenes on Uzalo as a director as well. She is ranked in the top five of South Africa’s female directors, making it big in the entertainment industry.

Brenda Mukwevho has amassed wealth for herself with her vast acting and directing career. The entertainer is worth an estimated $500 000, with most of it coming from her directing jobs.

Mzansi in awe as Uncle Waffles goes live with Drake

Uncle Waffles surprised Mzansi when she went live on Instagram for her fans. As usual, thousands of people joined her live and the hearts kept popping on the screen. As she was talking, the Canadian Fell No Way rapper commented with ‘ WAFFFFLLLLESSSSSS ‘. Drizzy commented once more and said, “Top Dj Top Sound Uncle Waffles.” One comment was enough but two confirmed Drake is a fan.

Mzansi reacts
Mzansi got really impressed with The Motto rapper commenting twice on her live. Many people reposted screenshots of the rapper’s comments on her live. People also reiterated that Waffles is a big deal. Recognition from a global star like Drake is nothing slight. People are still raving about Drake’s comments and they are sharing how a feature would be even more epic.

Drake follows Waffles
Months ago, Drake followed Uncle Waffles on Instagram. When he followed the Tanzania DJ a lot of people from abroad started noticing her. As we know it’s not a usual thing for celebrities to follow people, not within their rank. International artists are worse, they don’t just follow anyone.

Drake is one of the biggest musicians in the world and his Instagram following is very selective. His following Waffles was like a golden star from a teacher.
