On Saturday evening New Zealand faced South Africa in France for the World Cup Final. Springbok fans across the country watched nervously as they prayed for the cup to come home for the fourth time. Among those who watched the game is Lynn Forbes the mother of late rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes who was a big supporter of the Springboks.
Following the win, she shared a heartfelt post about how proud AKA would have been of the team if he was still alive.

One person who also tuned into the game is Lynn Forbes, the mother of late Composure hitmaker AKA.
In a video which has now been viewed thousands of times, Lynn can be seen celebrating the Springboks win among loved ones who are all visibly overjoyed.
In the clip, she kisses her necklace with AKA’s photo on it a number of times before going off to embrace her friends and family.
“I carry your face on my neck, close to my heart ❤️ You are with us in spirit my boy and I know just how proud you are of the Bokke!!!” she captioned the heartwarming video.
