Cassper Nyovest is officially off the market. Last weekend, he tied the knot with his childhood friend in a lowkey wedding. Friends and family members gathered to witness the couple exchange vows in front of them at an unknown church.
According to IOL, some top Mzansi celebs that attended the festivities include Drip footwear founder Lekau Sehoana, DJ Vettys, and comedic actor Primo Baloyi who also MCd on the day. Kwaito star-turned-pastor Kabelo Malabane was also spotted, blessing the couple.
Social media has been buzzing since netizens dug up an old photo of the Siyathandana hitmaker with a young girl. In the photo, the duo looked to have been in their teens, and their chemistry, well that is undeniable.
Netizens were convinced the duo in the photo was Nyovest and Pulane.
After toying with his fans following his wedding invitation getting leaked on social media last month, Nyovest has taken to his Instagram page, seemingly confirming the news of his marriage. At the time invitation was leaked, fans questioned whether it was real or fake, ECR reported.
“It’s all for the glory of God. I stand today a changed man, a man of faith, honesty, peace, integrity, love, honour and wisdom,” the rapper captioned a series of pictures with Pulane in the church.
“It’s by the grace of God that I’m a changed man. Many may call me names and question my salvation but God has called me and I answered with pride. To lead the lost man of today!! I’m not better than anyone, I’m just different from my old self for the grace of God is upon me!!! Thank you, Lord!!” the rapper wrote.
