In a dazzling display of resilience and glamour, actor Jonathan Majors and his girlfriend Meagan Good made their red carpet debut at the African-American Film Critics Association (AAFCA) Special Achievement Awards Luncheon in Los Angeles.

The couple, who ignited their romance in May 2023, radiated happiness as they posed for the cameras.

Majors, 34, rocked a stylish outfit with a blue button-down under a navy sweater. He wore a full-length grey coat, black pants, and a finishing touch of a black beret according to Entertainment Tonight.

Megan Good, 42, stunned in a pale yellow off-the-shoulder cut-out dress. She showed off her toned physique, complemented by her red and brown locks.

Their public appearance was a celebration of love and a show of support for filmmaker Deon Taylor.

Deon received honours at the event.

However, the red carpet appearance was significant for Majors, marking his first public appearance since his assault verdict in December.

JONATHAN MAJORS’ LEGAL TROUBLES
The legal troubles came from a 25 March 2023, incident in New York City, where Majors faced charges of misdemeanor third-degree assault and second-degree harassment.

This was related to an altercation with his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari, in the backseat of a car.

Majors vehemently denied the allegations in a recent interview with Linsey Davis on Good Morning America.

PLEADING INNOCENCE
Jonathan Majors stated, “My hands have never struck a woman—ever.”

He expressed confusion about the injuries sustained by Jabbari, emphasizing his innocence.
