SINGER: R100 MILLION LUXURY FARM
Entertainment commentator, Phil Mphela reports that musician, Tresor has bought a state-of-the-art luxury farm in Gauteng.
“The sprawling 500-acre farm is nestled in the Cradle of Humankind and was christened GOMA, paying homage to Mukengerwa Tresor Riziki’s hometown,” adds Mphela.
The Congolese singer and songwriter acquired a R100 million Jacquel Ventures investment in November 2023.
The estate will build restaurants, an outdoor amphitheater, a recording studio, an art and exhibition gallery, a designer boutique hotel and few venues for special occasions.
The musician’s goal is to also build generational wealth for himself and for “the African child that dares to do”.

TRESOR CONFIRMS MULTIMILLION DEAL
IOL confirmed in November 2023 that the Congolese-South African pop star Tresor announced the launch of his R100 million Jacquel Ventures investment firm.
The singer revealed in a statement: “Jacquel Ventures has been a long-life dream. I have dedicated most of my life to music and it has changed my life beyond my wildest dreams. Be ready for all that I am, unapologetically, and in the loudest form.”
He added that it has been his primary creative outlet, and also confessed his deep love for fashion, film, architecture, interior design, and entrepreneurship.
The publication added that the new firm will see the songwriter putting his money where his mouth is as he seeks to build and invest in luxury goods etc.
