On Wednesday this week, disgraced celebrity doctor, Nandipha “Dr Nandi” Magudumana, made another court appearance. As always, she looked all dolled up with her hair in a new hairstyle, and her signature red lipstick. This time, she appeared to be very sullen and appears to have lost the smile she had last year.

 

 

Various videos and photos from the court appearance have been posted online. In one of these videos, she shares a warm hug with her father who looks just as worried as she does.

“Facebook rapist” Thabo Bester and his accomplice Dr Nandipha Magudumana shocked South Africans after they executed a prison break and then fled the country.

Their crime spree came to an abrupt end when they were captured in Tanzania early last year.

Since then, the two of them, as well as seven other accused, have been in and out of court.

On Wednesday she was back in court and looking as glamourous as ever. She didn’t, however, seem to be in good spirits.

Before the proceedings, she shared a tight hug with her father who has also been implicated in some of her schemes
