South African soccer star Itumeleng Khune had a pretty rough end to his 2023. The goal keeper was suspended last month after he allegedly reported to team training under the influence of alcohol. Khune, who was also stripped of his captaincy, was also said to be rattending programmes to help him “handle the challenges he is facing”.
Despite all of this, he has left his fans hopeful after sharing beautiful snaps of himself and his wife enjoying the beach as they headed into the New Year.

Baby Cele defended Somizi Mhlongo in his tribute message to the late Mbongeni Ngema.
Mbongeni Ngema left many South Africans in tears after he lost his life in an accident. After the news of his death made rounds on social media, many celebs and fans had been mourning.
Among them was one of the stars he groomed in Somizi Mhlongo, and he penned him a lengthy message.
Unfortunately, Somizi’s tribute to Mbongeni Ngema received a lot of backlash until Somizi deleted the post. He kept quiet for days but later came back with an explanation of what had happened.
Many fans failed to accept his explanation, but fellow actress Baby Cele defended him.
Surprisingly, Yaya Mavundla laughed at Somizi but later claimed to have believed his explanation.
“No it doesn’t 😂😂😂 but Mina I believe you yazi because I don’t think you will do that to yourself 😂😂😭. I love you!”
