Springboks captain Siya Kolisi took to Instagram to celebrate South African mixed martial artist Dricus du Plessis’ UFC Middleweight champion win via an Instagram post on Sunday 21 January.

 

SIYA KOLISI CELEBRAATES DRICUS DU PLESSIS’ UFC WIN
Springboks captain Siya Kolisi, who led the South African national team to win the Rugby World Cup in 2023, took to Instagram to show Dricus du Plessis some love. Du Plessis became South Africa’s first ever UFC champion.

This was after he defeated Sean Strickland at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto on Saturday night. After five hard rounds, the scoring was 48-47, 47-48, 48-47.

Siya proudly took to Instagram to share a photo with the UFC Middleweight champion and congratulate him.
