Michael B. Jordan under investigation for racing with his Ferrari

American actor Michael B. Jordan is reportedly being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department after a video surfaced of a Ferrari sports car racing another car. This investigation comes after the actor crashed his car earlier this month.

According to media outlet TMZ, Los Angeles authorities are said to be looking to prove that Michael B, Jordan was indeed behind the wheel of the Ferrari when it crashed into a parked car in Hollywood, California on the 2 December.


 

The media outlet also reported that if the LAPD finds “criminal culpability” after wrapping their probe, the Wakanda actor might be handed with criminal charges by prosecutors.

This comes after a new video surfaced of a red and a blue Ferrari appearing to race on a busy section of Sunset Boulevard on that same night of Michael B. Jordans accident.

According to Page Six, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles police noted that the accident occurred at 11:34 p.m. It was also noted that the incident was a “traffic collision of a vehicle into a parked vehicle”.

Officials also shared that there were no signs of anything “nefarious” and “no evidence of a DUI” upon arrival and no field sobriety tests were performed on the Michael B. Jordan at the time of the accident.

Images obtained by media outlet TMZ, show’s how Michael B. Jordan’s blue Ferrari was ripped off. One of the tyres that was fitted with gold rims, was also allegedly spotted multiple yards behind the car following the collision.

The left side of the parked vehicle was heavily dented and metal scraps were seen hanging down after Jordan’s car collided into the car.
