Laconco recently shocked many with her body transformation, and now she is sharing with fans how to maintain her “new” body. Taking to her Instagram Stories, the reality TV star shared pictures of herself working out at the gym, serving as motivation for others to go to the gym. Last year LaConco left people amazed at her weight loss.
She said that it was hard for her to lose weight, and tried losing weight and eating healthy for three years. According to the Real Housewives of Durban star, it was difficult and uncomfortable. She said she no longer eats for flavour, but eats what her body needs, she has been on a nutrition guide, gym, skin care, colon hydrotherapy, vitamin supplements, and liposuction. If you are still not motivated to hit the gym and eat healthy to get that summer body, then we don’t know how else we are going to motivate you.
