Rassie Erasmus has clapped back at a sports commentator who suggested the Springboks should be categorised in the “Northern Hemisphere” group of teams at the Rugby World Cup.
The SA Rugby director – known for his outspoken statements – responded to the suggestion via his Twitter or X account.
South Africa will take on England in a semi-final showdown on Saturday, 21 October.

“South African clubs play in Europe and the rest of the Bok players are at other European clubs or Japan. Springboks = Northern Hemisphere team”.
