South African presenter and media personality Minnie Dlamini and her estranged husband Quinton Jones’ marital problems have been brought to light again, and this time, it’s reported that the former love birds are allegedly in a bitter custody battle.
MINNIE DLAMINI AND QUINTON JONES IN A CUSTODY BATTLE?
The interracial couple had viewers in their feelings in 2017 when they aired their wedding for the whole world to see. While they were married, they also welcomed their only child, Netha Makhosini Jones who was born in 2020. However, by 2022, the once-upon-a-time lovely couple released a joint statement announcing their split.
The estranged couple have now allegedly been embroiled in an acrimonious custody battle over their child and spousal support dispute, ZiMoja reported. According to the publication, Jones is demanding a staggering R10 000 monthly support from his ex.
A source spilling the tea to the publication allegedly shared that Minnie is lawyered up and is willing to “do anything for her child”. “Can you imagine Minnie taking care of their child and also supporting him financially, she will never let it happen,” the source was quoted as saying.

THE COUPLE’S DRAMA CONTINUES
On Quinton Jones’ 40th birthday earlier this month, Minnie Dlamini took to her Instagram Stories with a headscratching message which read: “If you’re single, have some patience. Your soulmate is almost done with those divorce papers.”
In the same week, she posted another cryptic message about babies being forcibly taken from their moms. “Imagine being someone trying to take a baby away from its mother,” the post read.
“Minnie is a hard worker and will do anything for her child, he is just bitter because she has moved on with her life and she is doing everything for their child without asking him for anything,” another source speaking to the publication reportedly added.
