Most of us are aware that death is an unavoidable certainty that will affect everyone of us at different times. The ANC has been rocked today following the disturbing news that newly-elected ANC Youth League treasurer in the Ngaka Modiri Molema region in the North West has died.

According to SAfm News, Dikabo Pule, was reportedly involved in tragic in the early hours of Sunday, 23 July.

Some ANC colleagues who served with Pule in various structures of the youth movement took to Facebook to wax lyrical about the significant contribution he made to SASCO structures as well as the Youth League in the Ngala Modiri Molema region; suggesting that although his tenure was incredibly cut short, his love and dedication to serve the ANC was evident.

Regrettably, Pule’s untimely death comes at a time when the ANC as a whole is in the grip of a leadership crisis, across the board.

After going through the opinions of some of the people who engaged directly with him, one is sufficiently confident that he would have made an excellent leader.
