The well known, Dr. Nandipha Maguduman has allegedly decided that she will bring Anton Katz Senior Counsel who is also a Tip international law advocate.

 

South Africans have applauded her for taking such a decision and they also believe that she is not taking any chances at all.

This woman has made a lot of confusion for many South Africans because they believe that she has done a lot of criminal activities but still wants to get away with them.

However, people should also understand that a person does not become guilty just because of how they see it but it has to be proven by the courts that she has really committed a crime.

This woman has full confidence that she will get away scot-free because she does not believe she is guilty and hence she has filed a new application that her arrest should be declared null and void
