It been reported that Dr Nandipha wants her arrest and deportation in Tanzania declared unlawful. She’s filed urgent papers in the High Court in Bloemfontein. The matter is expected to be heard of the 25th May 2023.

 

In her papers, her legal team states that Magudumana was abducted in Tanzania and transported to South Africa. Magudumana wants the case against her set aside and she want to be released from custody.

@khanyizama shared her opinion on the latest allegations. She commented, “She needs to change her lawyers. Wasn’t she apprehended by the Tanzanian police officers for being in that country unlawfully? How is it abduction if there was an Interpol red notice issued against her? No man her lawyers are working against her there’s no way.”

A lot of people are starting to believe that Dr Nandipha’s legal team is working against her. Some think that her lawyers are aware that there is no way to save her, so they are merely milking her dry.
