This past week, Gomora fans watched in awe as Ntokozo left the show in a huff. The departure was a sudden one that many people were left startled.
The star Ntobeko Sishi, who’s known for his character as Ntokozo from Gomora tells Drum that he’s young and doesn’t want to be a bona fide soapie actor in the country.
This was his breakthrough role and he played the part. He won many admirers as he aced the role to perfection.
“So my decision to leave that show was something that was fueled by me wanting more from myself and knowing that the only way I can get more from myself is if I take the uncomfortable step of leaving the stability,” he said.
He hopes he can be able to attract more roles in the future.
