It’s been months since Aka passed away, but his name still reigns every day because of the good job that he did. AKA is one of the people who left an erasable mark in this world; his music made people happy; hence, he will forever be remembered. On Saturday, the late rapper AKA “A” fans were over the moon after he won four awards at the Metro Music Awards. His mother and father, together with Kairo, are the ones who went to fetch his award as a way of honoring him.
To his fans, this was the greatest thing; it just shows that although his soul is gone, the work he did will remain until the next generation comes. Following all that, AKA’s childhood friend, well known as Sim Dope, went to his grave with his parents and the awards to celebrate. Sim Door and AKA’s parents were spotted standing next to the grave with the awards on top of the grave. Just by the looks on their faces, you could tell that they were broken.
Sim Dope is one of the people who knew and befriended Aka from childhood. Even at his memorial service, he had so much to talk about. If you remember well, AKA even had a song called Sim Dope that he was singing for his best friend. One of the most touching lyrics from that song was when he said, “If I die, I pray to God to bring me back as Sim Dope.” AKA has always described his friend Sim Dope as one of the kindest people he has ever seen.
In other news, the Kiernan Jarryd Forbes family has approved that people who would like to visit his grave can do so freely. This was after there were so many critics on social media saying people should stop going to his grave because they are opening opportunities for criminals and they will end up violating the headstone. This is just sad; a healthy young man with so many things to accomplish was killed just like that, for no valid reason whatsoever.
