Just weeks after news came through that Musa Ngema would be departing Generations, it has now emerged that he is set to join Skeem Saam.

Skeem Saam is another telenovela which airs on SABC1 so Ngema’s fans will not have to look far off to watch him.

 

 

However, Skeem Saam’s publicist Sumaya Mogola denied that Ngema is joining the educational soapie and said: “Who gave you the story first?” ZiMoja told her we would not reveal our sources, to which she responded,” that is not true, he is not joining us,” added Mogola.

Ngema played the role of the cash rich Mazwi Moroka in Generations but rumours infiltrated that he was axed because he proved difficult to work with.

In his story line, he was killed off when he was shot dead by his cousin’s psycho girlfriend.

“What a journey! I am grateful for all the memories created and shared with the cast, crew, and, importantly, the viewers over the last few years,” tweeted Ngema.

He had been with Generations: The Legacy since it re-branded.
