Recently a twitter influencer named Phalan Ndwa instantly went viral after he posted a story of a young student who designed a stylish dress with newspaper. He tweeted “A Grade 9 leaner (Unknown) left the entire school astonished when he made a beautiful dress out of paper for creative arts project.” he wrote. Apparently the 14 year old student was not helped by anyone while designing his dress, he collected old newspapers from neighbors.
