DJ Tira’s R24 million Durban mansion and his luxury vehicles.

DJ Tira’s R24 million residence and car collection in Durban, South Africa.

DJ Tira, aka Mthokozi Khathi, is a legend in South Africa. He is credited with helping launch the careers of many famous musicians there, including Big Nuz and the Qwabe Twins. DJ Tira, popularly known as the “lord of Durban,” has become a household name not only in his own South Africa, but all across the world. His name has been linked to the creation of the Gqom rhythm. The genre helped bring Mzansi and artists like Babes Wodumo widespread acclaim and media attention in 2017.

The DJ and performers who have received several awards are undoubtedly dedicated to raising the profile of South African music. He’s a DJ, a music producer, and the head of his own record company. Like many other DJs before him, his rise to fame was hastened by his triumph in the Smirnoff SA DJ Knockout 2000 tournament.

Afrotainment is a term that was conceptualized by Tira. He has just become one of the highest-paid celebrities in Mzansi as a direct result of his long and successful career. The chorus is said to have cost the artist R100,000 a few months ago, while the verses cost only R70,000.

DJ Tira has an R24 million Durban estate filled with fancy cars that you can check out.

Rumor has it that he’s at it again. His shows, however, do not come cheap. It has been speculated, though not proven, that a promoter needs to book around R30,000 in local events before they can book a gig with Tira, and that the whole cost of their performance, which includes the hotel, will be over R190,000. Nevertheless, we cannot confirm this information. He worked hard throughout the years and is now rewarded with the luxury of his choice. From lavish residences to high-priced autos, he has access to all he needs to maintain his celebrity status. He now has authority over turning off the power and turning on the glitz. Before we enter his mansion, why don’t we take a closer look at his lavish lifestyle and his R40 million worth of exotic cars?

GOD IS GOOD: Sophie Ndaba is recovering well and living her best life

Sophie Ndaba is often cited as a skilled Mzansi resident who has recently struggled. The former generation actress and businesswoman has gone through a lot in recent years after being diagnosed with Sugar diabetes.

She had already been diagnosed with sugar diabetes when she was let go from Generation in 2014. She says that her diabetes-related elevated blood sugar levels are responsible for much of her weight reduction. She gave an extensive interview to the SABC 3 morning show Express about it. Whereas Sophie blames herself for her near-death experience, many others attribute it to the sickness.
