1. Murabeli Rasalanavho

The old woman who plays Mulalo Mukwevho’s aunt, Vho Mukondeleli, is Murabeli Rasalanavho. She has been with Muvhango since the first episode aired on April 7, 1997. Murabeli Rasalanavho is a proud Lutheran and goes to church often.

She worked as a principal, and she got her bachelor’s degree from Unisa. She’s been a teacher and an actress at the same time. Sometimes she’d ask another teacher to cover for her, and other times she’d just let the Muvhango people down and say she couldn’t do it.

Vho-Mukondeleli says she is nothing like the character she plays in real life, but she does a great job in her role. Fans and people who watch Muvhango say that Vho Mukondeleli is one of the best actresses and that it would be hard to find someone else to take her place.

 

 

 

2. Sindi Dlathu

Sindi Dlathu played Nomthandazo Buthelezi, who was Vusi Mukwevho’s mother. She later got married to Ranthumeng Mokoena. She has won a lot of fans and made a lot of people happy over the years.

She left Muvhango to play the lead role of Lindiwe Dikana on the Mzansi Magic telenovela The River. She was born to be in charge.

3. Maumela Mahuwa

Maumela is an actress, a singer, and a preacher of the word of God. She plays Susan Mukwevho, the first wife of the chief of Thathe, Azwinndini Mukwevho.

She says that being Susan on Muvhango affects her life sometimes because people expect her to be humble and take whatever bad things happen to her like she does on the show.
