It has come to an end for yet another musician who has been in the entertainment industry for many years.
Cruz Afrika with the real name Tshepo Modise is another South African media personality who is a jack of many trades. He is an artist, song writer, composer, choreographer and more. He has been in the entertainment industry for a long time and has worked with musicians such as Robbie Malinga, Zola 7, Jub Jub and more.
Tshepo has given Mzansi songs such as Bana Ba, China Man, Feeling Good and Pray For Me. It is goobye for Cruz Afrika as he is leaving the entertainment industry specifically the music side and moving to other things.
Cruz Afrika speaking about him leaving the entertainment industry said, “I am retiring simply because i know there’s a lot happening in the industry. The plan is to focus on building my label, Afrika Hotlines and pushing the artists I’ve signed”.
“I’ve grown up and have done a lot of music over the years and i think it’s time i hang my microphone. I started 10 years ago and i think I’ve experienced quite a lot. Outside of my music company, i am about to launch an app that will he everywhere”,Cruz Afrika added.
Congratulations to Cruz Afrika for being part of the entertainment industry for a long time and doing well for herself. It is so sad that he is leaving but he is not wrong for leaving. It is better for him to go start building new things for himself than to rely on other people for a living.
Having his own label will do a lot for him and also for the upcoming artists that want to see themselves as the best musicians or singers of tomorrow. It is also good as he will be creating jobs for those artists that he would have signed.
