A young woman named Bathabile Ngubeni has become well-known because she looks like the late Brenda Fassie. Everywhere she goes, people ask her if she is related to the late actress Brenda Fassie. Some of them are even shocked when they see how much she looks like Fassie.

Bathabile Ngubeni is from Kwazulu-natal province and works as a forex agent. About three years ago, people wanted her to try out for the part of Brenda in the biopic movie about Brenda Fassie, which was written by her son Bongani Fassie.
