Ntokozo Mayisela-Zulu is King Misuzulu KaZwelithini’s first wife. King Zwelithini and Queen Ntokozo Mayisela-Zulu were spotted arriving to the KwaZulu-Natal legislature’s opening.

The KZN legislature was opened by King Misuzulu kaZwelithini, who was seen addressing the nation. Guests were Prince Mthokozisi Mahlobo and the King’s wife, Queen Ntokozo Mayisela.
