This month marks the actress Siphelele “Ceecee” Ndaba’s final performance as Mazet on the television series Gomora. This comes after the 26-year-contract old’s was not renewed by the show’s executives.

 

The producers opted not to prolong her contract since her character “had little excitement,” according to highly placed ZiMoja sources.

Don’t misunderstand me; she is a fantastic actor, but for the play, one of the sources stated, “she lacked something.” She lacked excitement and no longer had the vitality she had when she first arrived on the show, according to a second source connected to the scriptwriters.

She used to captivate audiences when she first appeared in the show with her captivating displays as Mazet, but she no longer had that quality. They initially believed that changing her clothing would introduce a new element, but nothing changed. As there was no variety of emotions in the relationship they put her in, this was the last resort.
