Minister of Police, Bheki Cele, was the talk of social media after a video of him looking very drunk made waves on social media.

In the video, a woman recorded Bheki Cele in a grocery store. Many Twitter users noticed that Bheki Cele looked like he had a lot to drink in the video. He didn’t seem to understand what was happening.

The former adviser of The South African Government, Bo Mbindwane, took to his Twitter account to expose the 70 year old minister. He left this caption on the tweet, “ South Africa has democracy. Bheki Cele.”
