Andile Mpisane and his mother are being charged with abduction by Sithelo because they removed Baby Flo from her care without first obtaining her consent. March of 2022 was the last time she saw her.

Sithelo filed legal documents at the Jhb High Court against Andile Mpisane, the father of her two children, as well as his mother, stating that the two of them kidnapped their 3 daughter Florence. Florence was born to Sithelo and Andile Mpisane. The DJ has said in the documents filed with the court that Andile and his mother abducted Flo without obtaining her consent and moved her to Johannesburg last year.

She considers this action to be illegal and contrary to the Constitution. It was said that Shauwn made a request to visit both of her grandkids in March of 2022, but still only Coco returned. It would seem that Florence was ill, and MaMkhize desired to take care of her in her estate in La Lucia. This is the likely explanation for why this occurred.

“Since then, there has been no more information [about her sickness]… This goes back more than 10 months. It is obvious that [Mpisane and Mkhize] had other goals in mind, and one of those goals was to kidnap [her].

“I used to regularly have a video call using WhatsApp; however, the carer has now banned me, and I no longer have any connection to the kid in any capacity.” “.

 

 

 

“I am at a loss for words because I am unable to bring myself to negotiate a deal about my kid and her captors.

“I would have been open to entertaining any settlement discussions with [Mpisane] if the kid is returned home how she should be,” said the defendant. “If the child is brought home where she should be.”
