The passing of Zamanguni Gumede, the mother of popular musician and producer, Mampintsha, came as a shock as it was announced today.

Daily Sun broke the news. It was stated by Pinki Gumede, who is Mampintsha’s sister, that their mother was sick with an unspecified illness and was hospitalized shortly after the funeral of the late Mampintsha.

 

 

Pinki said on the 15th January, she thought her mom was getting better as earlier in the hospital, she was bubbly and lively. She said she was called to rush to the hospital in the evening where she found her mother in a critical condition.

Pinky said her mom wanted to say her goodbyes before taking her last breath and thus requested to see her grandson, Mampintsha and Babes Wodumo’s son Sponge, who was not at the hospital at that moment.
