Last month on 30 December, Babes Wodumo laid her husband Mampintsha to his final resting, after he suffered from a minor stroke. The funeral service, helped the songress to mend her broken relationship with her mother-in-law Zamanguni Gumede.

Babes Wodumo and her mother-in-law, have been at loggerheads with each other years, and last month, during the funeral service of Mampintsha, Babes extended an olive branch to her mother-in-law, and said she forgiving her for all sins.

However, the peace between the two didn’t last, Zamanguni told reports she’s not happy with the way Babes is mourning her, saying she is disrespectful. After this, several reports started reporting that Zamanguni suffered a minor stroke, and that she in hospitalized.

 

Mampintsha’s sister Pinky, told reports that her mother was sick, and receiving treatment in hospital, she pleaded with the public to help raise funds, so she can have mother transferred to a private hospital.

Tragedy has once again struck, the Gumede/Maphumulo family, after Zamanguni Gumede, the mother-in-law of Babes Wodumo died. According to reports, Zamanguni died at the 64 on Sunday, 15 January 2023, at Wentworth hospital.
