Babes Wodumo has left many people in surprise after she was seen back on the stage and performing. She is expected to be in mourning at this moment, and it may take some weeks or days before she could be back on the podium. But she has been in a good place before her husband was finally buried, and she is celebrating in the best way possible for her. She also addressed the public about her outcome after losing her husband, Mampintsha.
She shared a video clip where she is aware that people are saying somethings about her decision to be happy and mourn her husband in that way. People will all the time have something to say, and having to please them will not work out very well because there is something that someone will say that is different. She is a musician, and it may be understood that she will take the mic and try to heal from the loss of her baby’s father.
At the moment, there are no reports about the inheritance she will get from her marriage with Mampintsha or someone having to contest what she will get. When someone dies, there are all the time some situations where families are fighting over what was owned by that person who died. It is important to have a prenuptial agreement if possible, even for someone who is not married. With Babes Wodumo, she was married to Mampintsha’s, and it may not need further discussion.
She mentioned how she loved her husband, and people can continue to say what they want; she does not have to concern herself with those matters. But then life moves on, and what could happen is for her to take some time before she could be back in a relationship. That is how it is done: someone who has lost a husband or wife should have a period to mourn.
There will be a function at which it will be made official that you may have another partner. But then life has changed, and things are done differently from how people wanted them to be. Babes Wodumo is not against anyone, and she was only singing; there is nothing bad about it.
