It’s only five days into 2023 and South African award-winning musician Kelly Khumalo has a message for her haters and super fans. Believe it or not, the soon-to-be a mother of three knows what she’s talking about.

Despite being the most criticized celebrity in Mzansi, Kelly Khumalo had to develop a thick skin when it comes to what the media thinks of her and what tweeps write about her on social media. With the ongoing case of the late Orlando Pirates star Senzo Meyiwa, the singer has taken a lot of heat on social media with most people accusing her of not wanting to come clean about the goalkeeper’s unsolved death.

 

Still the Empini singer refused to let any of the negativity on social media to get into her head. Although at times it may seem like being her is the most difficult task in the world, Kelly Khumalo has never stopped being herself. As a matter of fact she has continued to do what she’s famous for, which is releasing good music.

Interestingly, her diehard fans have never doubted her, not even a single day and they continue to support her and appreciate her God-given talent. For that reason Kelly Khumalo will keep on rising no matter what the circumstances are.

On Thursday morning the singer has taken to social media to share what may seem like the most moving message any celebrity has ever shared in South Africa since the year has started. Taking to Instagram, Ms Khumalo shared a photo video of her special moments performing and this is how she captioned her post.

“Become so skilled, so vigilant, so flat out fantastic at what you do, that your talent cannot be dismissed.” reads her caption.

Her followers appreciated the message so much that they flooded into her comment section with nothing but lots of love. Although she chose to limit her comments, Kelly still managed to respond to the warm comments accompanied by red heart emojis coming from fans.
