WATCH: Mzansi is upset by video of a lady imitating Babes Wodumo during Mampintshas memorial service

Social media users have criticized the Tik Tok user who mimicked Babes Wodumo’s singing and dancing during Mampintsha’s mourning service on Thursday.

This is in response to a video of her acting out the incident becoming popular on social media and upsetting a lot of people. Many people’s hearts were broken on December 23, 2022, when Babes Wodumo performed. She danced to Big Nuz’s Song of the Year Ngeke featuring DJ Yamza in memory of her late husband. The mob gathered around the self-described Gqom to photograph her as she danced to the music while standing up and holding her son. Nobody anticipated that social media users would repeat the event and turn it into a trending challenge.

The unidentified woman is seen in the video clutching a doll with green paper on its head while dressed entirely in black. Social media users are offended by the embarrassing video because they believe it shows insensitivity and disdain for Babes Wodumo, who is now mourning the sudden death of her husband.
