Former manager Mandla Maphumulo, popularly known as Mampintsha, claimed that the actor’s condition deteriorated over time before his passing.
The musician, who was 40, passed away on Saturday after having a stroke last week.
Dogg Dbn, his former manager, claimed he passed away in the hospital. Lindokuhle Buthelezi is also known as Dogg Dbn.
He had diabetes before being admitted to the hospital, where he continued to deteriorate.
Maphumulo, a former member of the kwaito music group Big Nuz, launched his own record company, West Ink Records, in 2016. He signed well-known musicians like DJ Thukzin and his future wife Bongekile “Babes Wodumo” Simelane.
