Jacobeth went to the police to report that Kganyago is missing. She was more concerned about the well being of Kganyago than of her daughter. When she was at home, Mr Kgomo came to visit her to tell her that Lizzy did not come to work again.
Jacobeth tried to tell Mr Kgomo that she did not care about her because she no longer lived with her but Mr Kgomo told Jacobeth that she should be ashamed because her daughter could be missing. He said that because Lizzy’s car had been on the Hospital’s parking area since Thursday.
Jacobeth started to get worried because it was unlike Lizzy to leave her car at work.
She decided to go to the Maputla house to find out if Mapitsi had contacted Lizzy during the weekend and she said that she was unable to find her. Jacobeth started to get even more worried. When the Maputla family told her that Kganyago might be behind Lizzy’s disappearance, Jacobeth refused to believe them because she thinks that Kganyago is innocent.
