Phindile Gwala is a South African actress, best known for playing the role of Nonny Nkosi on Sabc2’s Tshivenda soapie Muvhango from 2012 to 2017.

She rose to stardom back in 2012, when she scored the role of Nonny Nkosi on Sabc2’s Muvhango. Phindile resigned from the soapie after five years of being in the soapie.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

She also starred on local tv show, Sabc1’s popular soapie Uzalo. Phindile currently stars on etv’s soapie Imbewu: The Seed, where she plays the role of Fikile.

Off screen, Phindile is a mother and a wife, she has been married twice, her first husband passed away but she found love again. The actress is happily married to a Congolese model named Armando Ngandu.
