Mzansi Is loving the new season of a realitytv show The Way Nginga Khona. The country is lucky to have transgender female like Tholang, Ella, Inno and transgender male Nino who came out and share their story with us. It’s everyone’s dream to have families and a legacy and all the ladies in this show are prepared to have their own families.
Tholang Motsumi is another Proudly transgender female who is now in a process of adopting a child and she cannot wait to hold her baby girl. In the past episode of The Way Nginga Khona, Tholang has shared her journey with her fans and viewers.
Tholang is a 31 years old South African transgender female who had a dream of being a mother. Tholang told the Daily Sun that she want to leave her legacy with someone she can trust and that person also have to be her best friend. Tholang is currently in a processnof changing her ID book and be a complete woman on a paper before she can start with the processing.
In the last episode we saw Ella showing great initiative to educate our black communities. The kids asked Elle and Lesego all the right questions. I love how they also came out, and their strength for coming out to their families. I love these type of discussions because they’re informative. We have notice how they are teaching the kids about the LGBTGIA+ community and different identities within the community, and not trying to shove the gay agenda (as homophobes claim).
We have enough hateful and homophobic adults who inflict a lot of violence towards queer people. It’s better to educate young people about the LGBTGIA+ community, so they don’t grow up to inflict hate, violence and isolate queer people in any space they occupy. Nino’s son is definitely well informed and included in his transitioning journey. He is leaving no room for confusion or misunderstanding for his son.
