Skeem Saam: Luc bought Lizzy flowers but she refused to accept them

Luc bought flowers and had them delivered to Lizzy at work. Lizzy was happy when he recieved the flowers until she realized who they were coming from. Melita on the other hand was jealous because she knew that they from Luc. Lizzy didn’t entertain her. She went to Luc’s room to return the flowers.


 

When she got there, she told him that she appreciated the flowers but she won’t be able to accept them because it’s against the hospital’s policy to accept gifts from patients as a doctor. Luc was disappointed because his plan was failing since Lizzy didn’t have a soft spot for him.

Lizzy moved from him to check the patient next to Luc. She was friendly to the other patient and she kept on laughing a lot with him but they were communicating using Northen Sotho so Luc did not hear what they were talking about because he didn’t understand their language.
