Idols SA is back for a whole new season! The singing competition comes back every year to crown a new star. This year, they decided to shake it up and give us two new faces on the judging panel and it had been somewhat of an adjustment. As viewers were so used to seeing Unathi and Randall, they are coming around to at least one of the newbies.

JR aka Tabure Thabo Bogopa Jr is a Hip Hop artist and producer whose work speaks for itself. It is likely because of his experience that he is able to give proper criticism and advice to contestants. He is confident and that conveys a side of him that isn’t like Randall.

 

 

 

 

Viewers so far, are quite impressed by what he has been able to achieve as the live shows have started. He is comfortable giving negative and positive feedback and his use of music terminology had people convinced he is a great fit.

JR has been steadily showing why he is in that judging panel and I love that he is showing his knowledge off. His commentary is the best one we have this season and I can’t wait for the rest of it.
