The EFF is saddened by the passing of South Africa’s entertainment industry icon

The Economic Freedom Fighters are saddened by the death of one of South Africa’s iconic artists, and the EFF, along with the majority of music fans, have expressed their condolences to the Tsotetsi family for their loss.On their Twitter post, the organization, which is led by commander in chief Julius Malema, wrote the following: ” The EFF sends its heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of the Kwaito Star Thabo “Crazy Thibos” Tsotsi, who was a member of Alaska. The talent he shared with South Africa will forever be cherished.”


 

 

Alaska, a South African Kwaito group, has been rocked yet again by the death of its legend, Thabo Tsotetsi, who died after falling ill. The hitmaker rose to prominence as a member of the popular Kwaito group Alaska.

According to family members, Thabo died after being admitted to Bheki Mlangeni hospital in Jabulani, Soweto, in critical condition. The news of his death spread throughout his neighbourhood in Meadowlands Zone 7 on Sunday morning. Thabo’s death, which shocked the group, comes on the heels of Les Ma-death Ada’s in November 2013. The accurate reason for his passing is unknown, but he was critically ill when he was admitted to the hospital, according to sources. Alaska’s popular song “Accuse” will be dedicated to Thabo.

South Africa has lost many great entertainers over the years, which is causing harm to the country’s music industry. “Another Alaska man down, Rest in Peace Thabo Tsotetsi.
