Social media has been a buzz after people saw a young girl who is a graduate selling charcoal for a living. As some say, they see it as very sad because the young lady could be perhaps doing something better for a leaving since she is a graduate.

Selling charcoal generates little income for the young lady but it is what she can do at the moment for survival. Employment opportunities have become increasingly scarce thus forcing people to find other means of living and supporting themselves.

 

As many would advise the young society thet education is the key to success, it is becoming difficult to back up that kind of argument when considering the number of graduates who are unemployed.

By graduating, one may think that the struggles are coming to and end only to find that despite submitting CVs to different companies they may not get the opportunity to be employed and self employment becomes a must.
